Constitutional Reform

At the 2020 Annual General Meeting, the club committed to reviewing the constitution and to make a number of amendments to renew currency, review member classes and provide further direction to the club moving forward.

This review was undertaken by Mr Clayton Bradford, Life Member, and Mr Corey Curran, former Secretary and long time member of the club. Mr Bradford and Mr Curran provided the Committee with the proposed amendments for distribution and consultation with all current members.

The proposed amendments and notes can be found here for review and consideration:

In order for the amendments to pass, there is a requirement for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held. The Committee has set the date at 31 May 2021 for the EGM which will be held at the South Brisbane District Cricket Club. We encourage all members to attend and provide their view on the proposed amendments.
